HomeSmiles is hiring a Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Technician who wants a hands-on property maintenance and repair serving residential and commercial properties.

Compensation: $35-40 per hour
Employment Type: Subcontractor (1099), starts out at Part-Time equivalent hours, transitioning to Full-Time

Job Title: Lead Property Maintenance and Repair Tech / Craftsman

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee, manage, and execute routine home maintenance services
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with exceptional service quality

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property maintenance or related field
